The receptionists 3 lady’s need to learn how to smile even on a bad day, I had blood tests here today & a black male who was taking my bloods was very rude saying I was late when I was 15 mins early as my appointment was at 3pm!!!! So no I wasn’t late, he also was saying don’t tell me how to do my job, as I said i have hard veins, tbh felt uncomfortable & definitely wouldn’t be back here to get bloods, he was very aggressive & rude

Absolutely terrible - I’m changing them as my GPs imminently. The receptionists are always very unwelcoming - as if somebody calls them for fun and it is not already in an uncomfortable situation. They introduced new charges for making referrals to private insurance without notifying and expect me to go back to the practice, pay and get the piece of paper (no email service available). Outdated and not respectful of people's time.

Following some bad experiences at other surgeries, I have been happy with this practice as a whole since the first day I registered three years ago. The GP is responsive and I can usually get a telephone consultation on the day that I contact them. The receptionists are professional and polite. Nothing but praise for this practice.
