we went here to try and help those dogs in need , so we came and asked if they needed any help or assistance and this women came and was quite rude and felt like we were interrupting her . i was just trying to help if i could .

We found a beautiful little Yorkshire terrier mongrel. She has settled in wonderfully well and can't thank the staff at pine ridge enough for looking after her and bringing her over From Spain. where she was a stray. Thankyou pine ridge for bringing sunshine into our lives again.after the loss of our previous pet, Gerrard. By the way, we've renamed her Ginger.

My sister adopted Polly from here and then I took her on from May 2011 until I lost her October 2017. Thus leading my small dog Charlie alone without a fur friend. We adopted Mia Pom Spitz November 2017 .. highly recommend this Dog Sanctuary 🐕 . Friendly caring staff all helpful, we will adopt again at some point from there again one day. Thankyou for Polly and then Mia Charlie couldn't have better friends.

I got my handsome boy from here about 4 years ago and it was a questionable experience. Very quiet but the staff were very welcoming. Won’t allow you to view dogs, which I understand as they want to match you with a dog that suits your needs, but they also didn’t know much about them either. I was told my boy came from Cyprus after being found as a stray but they didn’t know what contact he’d had with people or even if he was toilet trained, and didn’t tell me he had non absorbable stitches from his castration. Bit questionable being cash only too. I fell in love with him the second I saw him and the staff were great while I made some calls to make the necessary arrangements to bring him home. He’d clearly not had a home before, was terrified, didn’t know what toys or treats were, didn’t care much for walks but now he’s so loved and the most spoilt boy ever, coming on holiday every year and occasionally participating in dog shows. Odd experience but the best decision I could’ve have ever made.

Don't like this sanctuary. The woman there will not let you look at the dogs. She plays god, deciding for you what dog you will allowed to adopted. Either take it or leave it attitude.
