I initially ordered a bookshelf and desk from this shop in May 2022. Firstly, the delivery was delayed, it took nearly 10months from the order date for my bookshelf and desk to be delivered. When I first placed my order, I was not told it would be a 10 month wait. Instead, the time frame kept increase. As a black African who loves oak and natural wood, I very was patient as I hoped it would be worth it. On first delivery attempt, the bookshelf was left downstairs and yet it was meant to be a 2 men delivery. I was left to figure it out. Second time round, the delivery men damaged my bookshelf when taking it to the appropriate room. I contacted the company who told me it's my fault the book shelf was damaged. The bookshelf had been in its original box with all the adequate protection. The response I received from Neil was disgusting and appalling. Did not offer an apology or try to remedy the situation. Blamed me for damage caused by the delivery men they appointed. They were happy to take my money but respond in a disgusting manner when issues arose. In all my years in the UK, this was a first and I deeply regret spending over £800 with Pine and Oak. Please note that the courier was provided by Pine and Oak and yet they refuse to bear responsibility for the damage their delivery men did to my bookshelf. In my opinion - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Brilliant service, totally professional and really easy to contact. Totally recommend them. Having had major problems with oak furniture hut and not receiving my furniture six months after ordering I cancelled the order. I discovered the pine and oak shop and ordered with them. I wish I had gone to them first and saved myself a whole heap of problems.

I forgot to leave a review at the time when I bought from this wonderful shop. I bought the Opus Modern Oak Corner desk. I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else and definitely not for the price here. I was wary as I had not heard of them before but there was no need to be. On receipt of the online order I was contacted with a delivery date. I rang to check a couple of things and was also told the best way to put the desk together when I got it, I hadn't asked for this information but it was invaluable. The 2 man delivery was on time and they too were really polite. The product itself is as described, beautifully made and solid. Please don't hesitate to buy from here, they are all amazing and worth every penny, the service is second to none. Thank you.

After a bad experience with a previous on line retailer it was wonderful to deal with a reputable company with great communication. I had not previously appreciated the importance and benefits of buying from an on line trader who also has shop premises. Their approach is very different to an on-line only company. I had very specific requirements as the table was to be delivered to a removals company and knew I was expecting a great deal but every query I raised was met politely and my expectations exceeded. Have no hesitation in recommending and would certainly use again. Many thanks for all your help!

We came across Pine and Oak Shop during an on line search for some bedroom furniture I decided to give them a ring. Spoke to Neil who was incredibly helpful and pointed us in the direction of the Opus range which seemed to suit our requirements. Ordered a number of items and was told due to us living in Central Scotland deliveries can take a little longer than the norm but should still be within a month, anyway only 16 days from order furniture arrived. Carrier they use (Kinetic) were also brilliant, two really friendly and professional lads carefully carrying everything upstairs and placing them in the room for us. Can't fault the experience from advice at point of sale right through to delivery and all at a very reasonable price.
