Had ear wax removal, painless and they confirmed I had a perforated eardrum. Decided to have a bespoke ear plug made which keeps my ear dry whilst swimming, snorkeling, bathing, in hairdressers etc. Knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff fronted by the very efficient Natasha on reception.
