From the initial site visit to the installation of the domestic air conditioning in four rooms this company were friendly, efficient and had great customer care. The installation was carried out by Dean and Jason in a friendly, professional manner with the minimal disruption possible. They also took great care to clean up after themselves. Our A/C / heating unit stopped working on possibly the coldest week of the year so far. Called Monday night and pleasantly surprised to have a callout date booked in for that week. When I contacted with questions they got right back to me. We arranged a more specific time and pleased to say within 40 mins of the engineer arriving the heating was back on and our studio is no longer 5 degrees! Awful. Terrible at replying to communications. Came to look at a problem with one of our air con units, disconnected the outlet on the unit saying they'd return and then just disappeared leaving it unusable. couldn't get hold of them again, no reply to emails and just fobbed off with "too busy" on phone calls. definitely wouldn't consider them for installing new system Service: A/C system maintenance
