Bob was incredibly helpful when I called. Even though we are in social distancing mode and stay at home currently Bob talked me through on the phone how to run a test and suggested fixes for the issues with our Adams Family machine. We ended up switching 2 fuses and we are back up and going .... all of us are delighted. Highly recommended.
