Had my HD brows done by Lorna - she is absolutely fabulous! Beautiful brows! I felt threading was uncomfortable so she, right away, suggested using hot waxing instead - very much appreciated! I am definitely coming back again for this and other treatments. Lorna obviously knows what she is doing. Also, she suggested other treatments to me, which is nice as I like to know my options. It was a nice, relaxing and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I had to ask for a patch test myself in which I got a reply "you don't really need one but I can if you want" which rubbed me the wrong way on the get go. I got the "go go eyelashes" costing £34 which are meant to last 2 weeks and she put some sealant on them which didn't even help anything and made them feel really gross and crusty and they started coming off the first night, even though I followed all the aftercare suggestions she gave. After 4 days of not wearing makeup or washing my face most of them had come off in clumps and left my eyelashes looking patchy and disgusting, highly disappointed, waste of my time and money, although the lady was nice I will not be coming here again.
