I hired Pimlico to resolve a blocked drainage issue at my home, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite charging more than GBP 600 for their service, the drainage problem reappeared within a few days. When I contacted them for a resolution, I was informed that they don't offer any guarantee for their work and would not fix the problem without an additional fee. This was highly disappointing, given the initial high cost and the expectation of professionalism and a job well done. I am left with a recurring issue, out of pocket, and with the added inconvenience of having to seek out a new plumber to correct the problem. I would not recommend Pimlico based on my experience. Terrible company. Today, 19/05/2023, FRIDAY, I have schedule one guy to fix my washing machine, they asked me to wait from 12pm to 6pm, that I already think is terrible, but I have wasted my whole day waiting for this guys. At 16:30 I have contacted them saying that was almost 6pm and the guy did not go, they said the guy was on the way and would arrive before 6pm. At 7pm they said that they couldn’t contact their guy and they don’t know why the guy did not go. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. Service: Washing machine repair

I must correct my comment as I have just received the reimbursement. I had to write an email to the customer service instead of trying to call them. The deposit was reimbursed within a few days. Thank you. The issue below was solved: They asked for a deposit of 114 pounds before sending the technician. After one window repair out of three, the technician made me pay the bill (216 pounds) disregarding the deposit I have already paid. I have complained, they said they will reimburse the deposit, but 2 months later I still have not received the reimbursement !!

Just stay away from this company. They will show up and charge you for shown up without doing anything and ask to come back another day when they have a replacement kit for example if its tub taps. you will need to pay again. This is the way how they make money. They told me they are coming to replace my tub tap and they have it in van. But they don't and they know what they are doing to empty your pockets.

This company is a rip off they could have got more work from me if they wasn't so greedy and trying to cheat the public. They repaired a drain for me as they could not fix the cast iron drain for some reason and the engineer wanted to leave imagine the cast iron pipe coming out of the floor and add a plastic pvc drain to go into that... Yes you read that correct. I asked for the repair as his plan to fix it would be disgusting and not done correctly. Whilst he was there he managed to convince my wife we needed a Soffit to go up as she asked him if the ceiling looked like it had a leak inside the house, however he then said he needs to call a colleague to assist and over £684.22 😳later we had been robbed in broad daylight. I have since found out that putting up a Soffit would cost no more than £160. I called their customer services and they tell me they don't guarantee the work done. Avoid these lot at all costs they are not a business you can trust. Customer services is poor too I called up and the young lady was talking to another colleague about what they done on the weekend etc not good and somehow must have realised I was on the phone and called me back. Awful service ! So called “engineer” will tell you that he can not do the job on his own, he needs another engineer . Will charge you for the whole day of service for both being at your place for 4 hours. Their rates are over the roof high. Do not use there service!!! Not trust worthy, especially Josh Coomber and his friend Ben.

Awful company! Deliberately time waste as they charge by the hour, for example disappearing to the van to get tools multiple times. Checked the problem, claimed we needed a new pump. Charged £380 for doing nothing and diagnosing issue incorrectly. Another plumber came today, fixed the issue within 30 minutes and laughed at the poor assessment by Pimlico, said we’d made a schoolboy error, has heard this story once too many times! Enough said!
