    Shocked.. ordered life saving antibiotics on a saturday was told they would be here for monday which was a stretch to wait for but I agreed.. I call up monday at 11am and was told by a lady that my medication is here I just have to collect it so I finished work at 7pm and drove the 12 miles to the pharmacy to be told by the same lady I was assured 3 times that my medication was here that it hasn't come in yet, I asked why was I told it was here then, she then told me its not her problem and simply grabbed her bag and walked out because she finished at 7pm (it was 7.09pm) I went back in and asked the other employees called moe (only reason I gave 2 stars was because of how amazing he is at his job) if the medication can be found anywhere locally and he said he would check than came back with my medication which apparently not arrived I am not one to complain ever but without this medication my wife could of died and this is not an over exaggeration All the women had to do was pass me to her colleague who was an absolute diamond who couldnt of done more to be more helpful but I was told my medication wasnt here just because she was wanting to leave to go home Note to the lady; you shouldnt work in helping people if you dont care about anybody but yourself I think you should be ashamed to call yourself a pharmacist just a way to pay for your fancy new plate car isn't it I prat to god you dont do this to anybody else because nobody deserve to be brushed off like that

    I was diagnosed with shingles on a bank holiday by a BARDOC doctor and prescribed aciclovir anti-viral medication. The prescription was sent to Pimhole Pharmacy, not by choice but by necessity. The medication was not in stock so I'm having to wait another 24 hours to receive a very time sensitive treatment. I think a pharmacy that does not keep a stock of anti-virals ready for immediate use, is a very poor pharmacy indeed. My condition has worsened overnight and my pain has become more severe. The phone line is not being answered and I keep being sent to answer service. I am now waiting for treatment at A&E because the virus is affecting my auditory nerve.

    I've been with pimhole for 5 yrs now after a lifetime of health problems they go the extra mile. They re order my medication if I'm getting low, no other chemist I know does this. My health problems are complicated and they have always been discreet. The whole team I know i could ask advice on my medication or general health, they would give me the time and expertise. The late closing times means if I'm working i can still swing by on the way home up till 9. With closing at Half 9. Never has any of my medications have always been correct I've never had a short prescription even delivered if I forget to pick up.

    Wouldn’t even give one star. My mothers controlled drugs are always missing from her prescription. Phoned three days in a row, went to collect yesterday and was still missing form the things I picked up. Told today was out with driver (again) had phone put down on me numerous times by very very rude staff. 7pm still nothing so called back and was told it hadn’t been processed so would have to collect. Will be making a formal complaint to the GPC because as a healthcare professional myself I feel this is a diabolical service that needs addressing as a matter of urgency.
