Not a company you can trust. They told me that due to a family emergency they had to cancel the airbnb booking. But they said I need to cancel it on airbnb to avoid charges and get a refund. That was a flat out lie. If I had cancelled it, they would avoid the penalties and I wouldn't get a refund or any compensation through airbnb. Very unethical behaviour on their part.

When we got to the flat, we did not understand how the key safe worked (I have not had issues with any others in Scotland or England) and called for help. The person on the phone did not give a proper explanation on how to get into the flat and we ended up settling on having someone come over to open the flat for us, for which the company somehow felt justified in charging 35 pounds. Outside of this irritating experience, the flat was very nice.

If you are any sort of tradesperson looking to work with Pillow Partners, then read on. DO NOT engage in any work with Pillow Partners or any of their associated "franchises". They authorise work to be carried out and don't pay. We are owed thousands from last year and are still trying to get paid for work which was legitimately completed at their request. Clearly mistakes or a breakdown of relationships between the company and their franchisees, but we are left paying the price of it.

I stayed at a property in Glasgow Scotland managed by Pillow Partners for work. Everything had been arranged and i had a self check in which was easy and seamless. I had an issue with connecting to the wifi and contacted the company who responded swiftly with the information i needed and this got me on line. The property was lovely, very central and spotlessly clean. i would have no hesitation in staying again.
