1 decided to give nursery a try as it local to my area I was totally disgusted with my finding and experience at this graceful nursery. 1 very old school and Outdated as well very old and run down building 2 My child comes home and informs me the meal she's been giving at nursery as a parent I wouldn't feed my child junk food which is not nutritional such as pizza, buggers ready meal fizzy drinks which are not healthy for a toddlers diet who is a vegan. My daughter tells me she is scared to eat the food from the lady with long sharp nails. When I ask the staff they change the subject I honestly believe anyone with long nail soils not be handling food which is a health and safety concern and I will report to Ofsted when I collect my daughter I note the place is unclean and dirty. I would think twice before registering your child here.

Our daughter just finished at Pillar Box Gardens (0-18 months) and it was amazing. All the staff in the snowdrop room are so lovely. Our daughter had a Key worker change and we were worried but she resettled with Lydie. Nazira is so sweet with our daughter and our daughter would cuddle her at the end of the day sometimes twice when we picked her up. I'm sad to leave. Ana is great, clear communication and great with the kids too. I'm really happy shes taking over management of the other nursery as I know she'll have it running well in no time.

Montessori without montessori teachers, this is basicly a scam. And most of 5* reviews feels like written by same person, they all start the same way. Shame on people who run this place.

I recently completed a tour of this nursery and I can see good intentions however I have to say that the rates do not reflect the quality of facilities. At the moment this nursery does not adopt a Montessori approach with no nursery worker being trained in this style of childcare and learning, so I found it misleading. This place might suit some parents due to its location but I worry that it’s not up to scratch with other nurseries in the area. If it invested in its facilities, staff and ethos, I think it could be better than just average.

Since Millie took the role the nursery has shifted and the staff is super professional and caring. The facilities may need an update but what is important is the love and care the children receive. My little one had a smile every time he walked in there and that shows to me that he was having a good time. Thanks for caring so much.

Our daughter spent 6 months at Pillar Box Gardens on Fairfield Road and then 4 months at Pillar Box Nursery on Bow Road. She attended full time and the experience was excellent. The manager at Bow Road, Beverley, is making lots of positive changes to take the nursery forward and the teachers really care for the children. Our daughter made some lovely friendships with her peers and was settled into the Bow Road Nursery within days. The food provided is healthy and varied and follows an agreed menu that is communicated well to the parents. The electronic daily diary provides great detail for what the children get up to and records the children's learning journey, assessments and planned activities. We are moving out of the area and this is the only reason we are taking our daughter out of the nursery, but I would definitely recommend this to others.
