What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. We ask that guests kindly adhere to these times to allow our team enough time to prepare the cottage for the next guests.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

We have a 14-day cancellation policy for cottage rentals. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your check-in date, we will charge you the full amount of your stay. If you cancel before the 14-day period, we will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee.
