    I have been taught pilates by Clair for a few years. To be a good pilates teacher it takes two things. You must know your subject thoroughly and you must be able to teach. She is excellent at both. She knows her subject inside-out, and she is able to apply it to those in her classes. She is a born teacher, and because of her teaching style she has happy classes. She teaches by knowing her pupils and their needs and by encouraging them to achieve to the best of their capabilities. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pilates class.
