I have been a client of Ris for 18 months, and her classes have made a substantial difference to my muscle strength and overall posture. I realised as I was getting mature I needed something to ensure I was fit to rick into my old age. She's an excellent teacher, and even when you're doing something challenging, Ris helps you through it as she knows it will reward you at the end of the day. I cannot recommend Pilates Now highly enough. I was very fortunate to have Ris as my instructor in both Reformer & Equipment Pilates. I can only describe her as AMAZING!!! She was so inspiring and after 12 sessions had me completing moves I did not know I was capable of! Her approach was calm, friendly & very professional! 10/10 from me!! Thank you Ris!

Excellent teaching, you're worked hard, but its also fun! Ris my instructor tailors to my body's needs and explains the exercises and the correct muscles to recruit clearly. I always feel amazing afterwards and am definitely stronger and fitter since doing her classes and using the reformer and other equipment!
