Although I had done exercise all my life and thought I was reasonably fit, Janine quickly identified several areas of my body which were not working. With her help, my body has changed and become stronger and I now also get more benefit from other exercise I do.

It's Magic! I can't recommend Janine and Pilates Magic highly enough. Last year I suffered extremely painful muscle spasms in my back, but was lucky enough to find Pilates Magic. The transformation has been miraculous so I owe Janine a big THANK YOU. She's relaxed but very knowledgable, and the sessions are fun.
