Its a nice class, easy access to the venue, Alison is very help and informative. She explains every bit of movement we do and why. Its a good time to take an hour out for myself. Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise and especially important as you reach your 50s. The classes are relaxed and enjoyable at this venue. Alison is a wonderful teacher, as confirmed by my chiropractor who admired my technique! She explains how and why we do each exercise and the benefits. It’s not a taxing way of exercise which makes it suitable for every ability….yet your body feels wonderfully mobilised after a class. A fantastic contributor to mind and wellbeing. Highly recommended class!
