    I am very inflexible and would feel self conscious in a class, so the online classes are perfect for me. I am reasonably fit, but years sat at an office desk have taken there toll on my body. Bunny gives clear instructions and plenty of alternative positions to take into account those of us that do not bend/flex easily. There is no chanting or weird yoga stuff - just down to earth poses and stretches. I can highly recommend you give it a go .

    I have been taught by Bunny for 4 years now; doing her classes of yoga, pilates and also on the reformer. A combination of all three made for a brilliant mixture of exercise and strength. Bunny is so full of knowledge and constantly brings her learning to each and every session. Most recently I have been recovering from Covid which has stopped all regular exercise. This has been very hard but Bunny has been there constantly, offering advice and ways to keep moving without leading to exhaustion. Not only has she helped me physically, but mentally too.     For someone who's a bit self conscious the remote classes are just fab, the set times and the fact you know you're with company, is way better than watching a video at anytime on your own, but you're not constantly comparing or judging yourself against others... sad that we do that, but I'm really loving how these sessions work! There's always options to accommodate all abilities and injuries and Bunny clearly explains everything whilst keeping things lighthearted and fun.
