We have a coach parked on bucking parade every single morning to pick up school children that’s not the issue the issue is your driver leaves his engine idling for at least 10 - 15 mins i work nights and i really don’t appreciate being woken up. I’ve called numerous times but you guys clearly don’t do anything about the issue so this is my reason for leaving this review.

Used Pikes to take me and some finds to Hamble marina for my 50th birthday last night. The driver was friendly and professional, coach was clean and on time. However the driver wished me happy birthday over the microphone when he gave out the introduction with a couple of safety rules. Also dropped a few of my friends off a couple of miles out of town at the end of the night and seemed more than happy to do so. Made the night feel special from the moment we got on board. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Arrogant drivers who feel they are the big men in their massive buses. Got blocked in to a school by a particularly selfish driver who saw me coming out but refused to give me the five seconds I needed to leave. Refused to reverse a metre or so out and blocked me in for 40 minutes. Absolute scum.

Terrible driving. Driver train us off the road trying to get in front. Don’t bother. Go somewhere else so your less likely to get killed by their drivers. Didn’t even respond to my complaint email. Horrid service.
