    Dreadful service. Ordered an item on Tuesday it was meant to be sent 24 hour tracked delivery. By Thursday it had not arrived, emailed and was told it had been sent first class. I knew I had paid for tracked delivery, so on Friday I emailed and asked for the tracking code which the business refused to provide and proceeded to tell me it has been lost. The item was a gift meant for Saturday, so the whole experience has been a poor one. Finally got a refund, but based on the service and the refusal to provide a tracking code I find completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Look elsewhere.

Once again, super quick delivery and well priced, beautiful and quality products from their jewellery - I've bought 2 scapula's a few weeks back, as well as other prayer cards, medals and small thoughtful gifts. A wonderful family run business. Wendy and Andrew, thought I'd let you know I gave my friend who had lost his mum the In Loving Memory Cross and also the Footprints Prayer Card and token this morning and he was very, very touched. He said he'll treasure it forever and as he does't have a lot of family or friends here in the UK, no-one had given him anything like what I did this morning since he lost his mum. Being able to give him these two very small gifts, nothing to do with their monetary value, and knowing what they mean to him, is very special. So from me, a very big thanks 🙏🏽
