We lived in a block of flats that the company manages. A good management, but nothing special. Poor communication. We found difficulty when we were selling our flat to get in touch with the person who was responsible of our property. Also getting documents done for the sale has been a nightmare. And after the sale they are still messaging me, it looks like they don't know I am no longer the owner of the place.

Absolutely the worst agency on the planet. Instead of corresponding with me properly and professionally, they simply ask a debt collector to harass me non-stop, despite all bills have been paid. It’s ridiculous that they are still in business and I’m not surprised to see previous reviews from angry customers.

They just want to make money and couldn't care less about you otherwise. I need to extend my lease, have got reasonable quotes and contacted them to advise of my plans. I am told I have to go through Pier Management, which is at least DOUBLE the price. Can't wait to be rid of them when I sell. Appalling company and each person on these reviews seems to share the same opinion. If you have to buy a leasehold and this is your management company, seriously reconsider the purchase, they aren't worth the hassle.

Not a good company at all, received notice of works that never got done, every time i called them they said they were still obtaining quotes, chased monthly for 2 years and they then gave the works over to another management company where the whole process had to start again!! By that point the repair had got worse. Sent out a late payment fee event though i paid, got passed to various different departments who couldn't find my payment that i made through their portal! every time they say they will call back they don't! Buildings insurance prices are so high and they won't accept like for like quotes from anyone else that are £800 cheaper!

Rubbish! I would not recommend this greedy company as they (in my opinion) deliberately not sending the original invoice and after about a month they would send a second letter with higher additional charges. Lier!Rude!
