Great cinema, however, we had a bad experience with the people seated next to us and they where very disruptive and inconsiderate - they allowed their children to run around the cinema and scream right next to us. we didn’t want to leave the screening as we paid to watch the film and didn’t want to miss it. we made a formal complaint after the the film, however staff completely dismissed what i was trying to say and said they were not going to give a refund or complimentary tickets due to not coming to them before hand. when checking the cinema, they should walk to the front because they can’t see everything from the back and can’t expect customers to be telling them when watching a film.

This is a gem in the heart of Bognor. Reasonably priced, a good array of screens, and I love the theatre decor- much warmer than the sterile cinemas in Chichester. Only pain is not being able to use credit cards on the app, but overall, a wonderful community feel and I love it.
