I wanted to change the back of a mirror. It was an urgent job which is why I agreed to the expensive price. The shop took 16 days to do the job!! During that time, I emailed them to find out what was going on and received no reply. I then called the shop and complained. I was told I may receive a discount by the owner over the phone but on the day of the collection, the owner changed his mind, was curt, borderline rude and refused to offer the discount. So in summary, very expensive services, very slow turn around and poor customer service. Avoid.
