  In 2018 we took a huge step and purchased a hotel/restaurant in France, we approached Picture Smiths for assistance with branding etc. As this was our first ever business project we weren't really sure what we wanted but when we arrived at Picture Smiths for the presentation of their work, I have to say, we weren't disappointed! The branding, logos, designs and ideas they came up with, not only blew us away but gave our business an identity that we have been able to grow from and continue, they understood exactly what we wanted and delivered it and more.   As an established dental practice, we were looking to reposition where we stand in the market. We had taken on new premises and asked Picture Smiths to help 'elevate' our brand. A difficult task to stand out, and to do it with style. Niove and Alex listened carefully to how we described our values and took the time to visit and understand what we're all about. They went on to successfully develop a beautiful, cohesive brand that has informed everything we've developed inside the practice and out. Website, interiors, exterior signage, marketing materials, social media, print etc. The whole team are so proud of the brand. And within a week of the signage going up, we've tripled our new patient numbers. We can't thank them enough. A delight to work with and they deliver above and beyond the brief.   After taking over a well established bridal shop that's been in the same family for 40 years, we wanted to bring more of modern look to the business and make it our own without taking away from the history and successful reputation of the boutique. After speaking to one of our suppliers they suggested we rebrand and highly recommended we get in touch with Alex & Niove to help us. After our first initial zoom call with them we knew we'd picked the right people for the job. From a short zoom call getting to know us and the boutique we really felt they understood us, the vision and ideas we had for the shop and they definitely exceeded our expectations. It's a exciting process making all the changes and bringing the vision to life and we can't wait to show them once we're done.   Design Happy

  Following a successful introductory meeting with Picture Smiths to discuss the aesthetic creation of a new brand for my business, the brief was handed to them. The experience from start to finish was extremely professional, uber positive, creative, thoughtful and understanding. On brief completion, I was presented with a new brand image which was clearly well thought out and concise. A very very happy customer! I couldn't recommend more.
