    Brought 8 display cabinets over many years from Picture Pride and always been impressed with the workmanship and quality of their products and that’s what’s kept me coming back for more. Ordered 2 more cabinets in September 2021 and left an £100 deposit and was told around 3 months for delivery. I spoke to Ron maybe 6months ago and was asked to be a bit more patient. I emailed last week,no answer so I’ve been round to their premises today and it’s all locked up.. Hope I’m wrong in thinking that they may have closed down.

    I ordered a skeleton cabinet on the 11th May with the understanding that my order would be started in August. Their own terms and conditions state 10-12 weeks time frame. August came and Ron did come out to measure with a time frame then of Oct as it was agreed he would start the construction alongside other orders to keep the costs down. It has now been exactly 5 months and the cabinet has not even been started. He did not directly respond to any of my emails and was never in when I rang the office to speak to him in spite of being directed to do so by a member of his staff. I am deeply disappointed with the poor service and feel that I have been strung along with my time wasted. I will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone due to their poor customer service and shoddy business ethos. Very unprofessional.
