    Absolutely great service, especially when you want something a little different as we did. We had originally tried emailing another company called Cadremont, but they just wouldn't respond to my emails, and thank goodness they didn't. In frustration, I went googling and came across Picture Frames Express, and their website was so so so much better, really! We wanted some custom mounts that were bottom heavy, and thanks to PFE's wonderful website we didn't even need to contact the company. We could do it all from within their online Mount designer software, and within minutes we had ordered our mounts. They were absolutely perfect, they took about a week to come even with a bank holiday weekend in-between, and the results speak for themselves. We're super satisfied and have already recommended the website to family who want something similar. Oh, and it was also half the price of our local frame shop, which we had thought was extortionate, so it was an absolute no-brainer to go ahead. We'll be back for sure, no question at all. Very happy indeed.

    Excellent online shop selling a wide range of good quality wooden frames at reasonable prices. It's a better choice for me both in variety of frames and prices, comparing to our local framing shop. I also like the option of uploading my picture to see how it would look in a chosen frame. Good communication and quick delivery. If they add more choices for inexpensive museum or non-reflective glass, that would be fantastic. I do a lot of needlework and large complex cross stitch projects which need more old-fashioned, classic or embellished frames, so I would use this shop again.
