Placed an order with them months ago to have certificates framed. Man was very chatty making jokes etc and clearly not listening. Finally went to pick them up today only to find not only were the certificates in the wrong order but they had forgotten to make it accessible. Was fundamental that I had access to them and I had mentioned it repeatedly when I called to enquire and later when I placed the order. Woman just said she doesn’t know what happened, husband made no note of it and offered me an insincere apology. Wasted £20 going back and forth. I wasn’t offered any discount for wasting my time and money. All for a rather expensive and mediocre frame
