I went to buy cassette spacers because i needed them urgently to fix my bike so i can be in time to work , they were so kind they even gave them to me for free which is something unusual because im not their regular client , which means that they are looking after to help people and not to rip them out when fixing their bikes and that is very important because we cannot know how much every part cost and how much bike shops charge us , you can trust those guys there.

Took my daughters brand new bike in to get the brakes adjusted. They didn’t fix the issue and charged £18. Claimed the (brand new) wheel was buckled!?! I took it to another bike shop and the problem was fixed in 10 seconds. Jokers

These guys have just serviced both my road and hybrid bikes, managed to free up my old seized gears so that I didn't need to replace them. All really good value for money and were done within a few days. Great service and would highly recommend.
