Good interaction around which photo from a selection sent would work best (resolution, size, etc). Posted out promptly... And that's where issues arose. Despite being sent on a 48-hour Royal Mail service, it failed to materialise. A quick email to the business, the photo was reprinted, posted out on a guarantees next day service and arrived in time for the purpose required. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

Wouldn’t use again , they take far too long , 4 days to get the order shipped , then use Royal Mail , saying delivery will be in 3-7 working days , what year is this 1923 . So if RM do take 7 working days that would be over two weeks in total from order to my hands . Absolutely unacceptable in today’s day and age . It’s only a poster , I didn’t order a 50 ft sculpture.
