Overcharged for a large letter I sent recorded signed for. Whilst my back was turned, browsing for a snack, the member of staff put the wrong weight on my item, putting the postage price in the next cost bracket,as I had preweighed the item, I knew what it should have cost. I have raised a complaint with the royal mail, although I do not expect any joy from this. I would not recommend this place, unless you are really desperate, go to the post office in Charlton instead.

The Lady in charge of the post office is extremely unpleasant. She also always try to charge me more (Today was a small parcel for a letter) She's even known in the neighbourhood for her rudeness.

Usually don't write reviews but I just have to comment that the main lady working behind the counter is one of the rudest people that I have ever met. I used to live in Picket Piece with my family and used to go in with my family and was always shocked at the attitude - and going back in lately its still the same. Awful.

I love this post office! Their opening hours are perfect for my work timetable, parking right in front of the building therefore it’s great if you have more parcels to carry and the staff is really nice, friendly and most helpful. Especially there is post office lady that I would like to say thank you because she is honestly very kind to my children and always very helpful with my requests and seriously hilarious. I always leave this post office with smile on my face. What a great team!Thank you!
