Such a disaster of a place. We had to download an ap to get the lunch menu, it wanted emails and mobile phone numbers, such an intrusion. It took an hour and 15 mins for the mains to arrive. My colleague had to leave for a meeting. One was a plate with a fish on it, literally nothing else. I asked where the side salad was the waiter confidently told me this is how it comes. He checked then came back with a salad. The coffee was cold. Completely out of every single dessert. Not going back.

Well what a disappointment this was, let's start with the food, the starters we could not fault they wer great but the mains well that was different. I had the steak and it was about 5mm thick, steak was served on the plate with nothing, fries were separate no other garnish at all. 2 of us has linguine this portion was small and came with a whole prawn on top well not a whole prawn as there was no meat in the shell. The last one had risotto again with the empty prawn on top, portion size still small. Now the staff, well Lorenzo was excellent couldn't do enough for us but as for the rest training is needed, one of the servers told us to move out plate as it was in his way, I didn't hear this as I would have challenged him, when clearing the table the lady server held some plates within 1 inch from my face. Italian lady tried to keep upselling wine even after we made it clear we were not interested. All in all not worth the money they were charging and we definitely will not return, update 21/05, company reached out to contact them which I did but then they ignored me, their answer to my review is only for show.

I recently dined at Piccolino with a group of friends, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning - it's chic and modern, with a great vibe that's perfect for a special occasion or a night out with friends. The decor is beautiful, with tasteful lighting and comfortable seating arrangements. But what really impressed us was the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, from the starters to the main courses to the desserts. The menu is extensive, with a great selection of classic Italian dishes as well as more modern twists on traditional favorites. We particularly loved the seafood linguine, the anatra all’arancia, and the tiramisu - all of which were prepared with the highest quality ingredients and expertly cooked to perfection. The wine list is also fantastic, with a great variety of options to suit every taste and budget. Overall, I would highly recommend Piccolino to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience in London. The food, service, and ambiance are all exceptional, and it's clear that the team at Piccolino takes great pride in delivering a truly memorable meal. 5 stars all the way!

Great food but they've got clueless waiters who have no idea what service means. Rude people and just sooo slow. If you've got important people with you, avoid this place. That's my second and last time for sure
