Pleasantly surprised with the great service I received I came in to enquire about my glasses repair that Specsavers were unable to help with (even though it was their glasses) so I was kind of expecting the same response from other shops However as soon as I entered Piccadilly Opticians I was greeted warmly and the team there listened to my needs and provided me with exactly what i needed My glasses were repaired perfectly I cant even tell what side broke originally! Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for glasses!

Well, This is the first time I was relying for a service in UK, because I got my last specs from Singapore... And the truth is I fell in love with Caroline Abrams as soon as I saw the trendiest and sexist glasses available. Also, the explainations, help, everything was top notch... I come down from Liverpool just to come to this Opticians. It's worth the 2 hour train ride. Came in originally for a pair of Lunor glasses (As they're picky with retailers). I have been coming back if I ever need glasses. I've bought 3 pairs so far. Service is excellent, they go above and beyond. Have a great selection of really nice and hard to find designer glasses. I recommend the place to all my friends and family.

Excellent opticians. They are all incredibly friendly and eager to help. I had previously been there twice after having problem with a pair of glasses I'd bought elsewhere. Piccadilly Opticians went out of their way to help me resolve a problem caused by a less competent optician, spending a good amount of time examining the glasses's lenses and observing whether they were correct for my eyes. I returned to them to buy some prescription sunglasses which are really brilliant, they have a really brilliant selection of frames, great quality lenses and are very, very friendly.
