    My wife payed to get here hair done from this place1st they cut here hair alot shorter than what she asked when she complained the lady said dont mention that again and than it wasnt coloured as it should be, she was than told come tomorrow and we will sort it out no charge when she came the next day picasso asked for more money she will never go back here again. POOR CUSTOMER,SERVICE, RUDE STAFF THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!! Service: Hair coloring
