  We booked for an early dinner (5pm) which they said was fine. When we arrived just before 5 the shutters were still down. Called them and they were "stuck in traffic". We got a drink at the pub across the road and they didn't open until 5:30, we went across at about 5:45. They were still bringing out the very limited salad bar options as we started. Only 7 out of supposedly 10 meat options were offered and the quality of the meat was pretty poor. Service of the meat so slow considering there was only us and one other couple there. Luke warm service, poor selection and quality of meat, poor selection and quality of salad bar, slow service of the meat and an overall dull experience (plus the fact they were 30 minutes late opening) means this was comfortably the worst Brazilian rodizio I have experienced.

We made our reservation for 5:00 pm and when we arrived at the place the restaurant was still closed (Sunday 05/07/23) We contacted them and they informed us that they would open at 5:30 pm, we stayed in a Pub in front of the restaurant waiting for them to open. We returned to the restaurant around 5:45 pm and they were still putting the food on the buffet. My fiancé opted for the 22£ all-you-can-eat for us and we waited for the meat to be served, but as it took a while to serve the meat, we were hungry and started with what was on the salad bar, the menu said it had feijoada, but what it had was just black beans reheated with sausage and after 15 minutes of serving ourselves at the salad bar, finally the first option of meat (sausage) arrived at our table. (Sausage, chicken, meat with mustard, meat with garlic, breast, pork) I couldn't enjoy any of the meats, because they always came too rare, not even my fiancé who loves rare meat could eat it. It was very, very frustrating other Brazilians were there as well and we shared our frustration of how we regret going there when we know other excellent Brazilian restaurants. They didn't even apologize for the delay the service was bad. Everything was bad. I hate spending money on bad food! I do not recommend this place at all. (Original) Infelizmente minha experiência nesse restaurante foi muito Péssima. Fizemos nossa reserva para as 17h e ao chegar no local o restaurante ainda estava fechado ( domingo 07/05/23) Entramos em contato e nos informaram que eles abririam as 17h30, ficamos em um Pub em frente ao restaurante esperando abrirem. Retornamos ao restaurante por volta das 17h45 e ainda estavam colocando as comidas no buffet. Meu noivo optou pelo rodízio de 22£ pra gente e aguardamos servirem as carnes, mas como demoraram para servirem as carnes estávamos com fome e iniciamos com o que estava no salad bar, no menu dizia ter feijoada, mas o que tinha era apenas feijão preto requentado com linguiça e após 15min de nos servimos no salad bar finalmente a primeira opção de carne ( linguiça ) chegou até nossa mesa no menu do rodízio dizia 10 diferentes tipos de carnes, mas se nos serviram 7 foi muito. (Linguiça, frango, carne com mostarda, carne com alho, maminha, porco ) Eu não consegui aproveitar nada das carnes, porque sempre vinha muito mal passado, nem meu noivo que ama carne mal passada conseguia comer. Foi muito, muito frustrante outras brasileiras estavam lá também e compartilhamos nossa frustração de como nos arrependemos de ter ido lá , sendo que conhecemos outros restaurantes brasileiros de excelente qualidade. Não pediram nem desculpas pelo atraso o atendimento foi ruim. Tudo foi ruim. Odeio gastar dinheiro com comida ruim! Não recomendo esse lugar de jeito nenhum.

  It was an AMAZING experience! This restaurant made us feel warm and welcome! The owner i guess it was, , is a lovely human being! I came here for my anniversary with my partner, and i will always have a good memory! We’ll definitely come back.
