It’s very frustrating that packages and letters get lost here. Once staff member ‘puts it to the side’ while not informing anyone else working in the office where said item is, then that staff member is off and not working so no one can locate anything. I have lost several important packages and personal letters due to this. They also never update their opening times and Google will say they’re open only for you to arrive and they are closed. While I understand the staff work hard and have a lot of Mail to process, I just don’t think this is an efficient or accurate system.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Opening times during term time Mo-Fr 9am-8pm, Sunday 11am-3pm; during term break Mo-Fr 9am-5pm (last parcel collection at 4.45pm).
