I cannot recommend Julian and the piano service more highly. My standards are very high and he surpassed my expectations. He was attentive, answered all my questions, educated me on the pianos and genuinely gave me his own personal advice and insight on which to buy (and this wasn't even necessarily the most expensive one of the 2 I told him I was interested in)! His communication and delivery were superb. He's evidently hugely passionate about selling the pianos and very trustworthy. Really highly recommend.

Brought a piano through Piano Lobby, Mr Barber was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy, allowing us as much time as we needed to make the correct selection of instrument. Delivery was smooth, and without any problems. So happy with our purchase, and aftercare has been excellent. Definitely recommend to any one considering buying or renting a piano from them.
