Naomi is a patient and friendly teacher with a wealth of knowledge that really helped me progress with my piano technique. There is no pressure and Naomi will take as much time as needed on one part of a piece to ensure you understand the method and musicality. I really enjoyed playing piano again under Naomi’s guidance and I hope to be able to have lessons again soon. The location is easy to find and built for purpose to become a lovely and airy place to play.

I have been having piano lessons with Naomi for a number of years now and could not recommend her highly enough. She is really approachable and friendly, and teaches so well - at your pace. She has helped me pass 2 piano grades! Would definitely recommend for whatever level you are at - she’s great! 😊 I’ve found the online lessons really helpful over the last year, and still great quality too.

I've known Naomi for a few years now through performing at concerts and duet playing, I truly admire her passion for piano teaching. She is well established and is always seeking professional development to further inspire both herself and her pupils. Her studio is an ideal set up and caters all levels of playing. She has helped me improve massively through duet playing and switching me on to repertoire I would never have thought of! Thank you Naomi

I'd wanted to learn piano for absolutely years and one day decided to finally give it a go. I Googled piano teachers in Telford and came across Naomi's profile. She sounded like an ideal teacher for me so I went along for a trail lesson and instantly snapped up the offer of regular lessons. Naomi is endlessly patient and kind, an excellent and professional teacher. The 30 minute lesson always whizzes past. Would definitely recommend her lessons for both kids and adults.

Naomi is such a great teacher; she is so kind and has encouraged and developed my sons love of music over the last 5 years! My son loves his lessons and attends twice a week - he would attend everyday if we could fit it in! Naomi is amazing; we can’t praise her enough!

Naomi taught me piano for two years until a disability made it impossible for me to play any more. At all times she was patient and willing to go over something until I was happy. Her planning of each lesson was well thought out and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole learning experience with her. Naomi is an excellent teacher and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who wants to learn to play the piano in a relaxed atmosphere.

I feel I must reply to Naomi's response as I am being accused of 'inappropriate Behaviour' in her studio. This is a total shock to me as I have only ever entered her studio on 3 occasions, on each occasion to ask for the key to the toilet for my granddaughter who sits in the car whilst her sister has her lesson, on all other occasions for over a year i drop off or pick up my children when they have finished their lesson, all other times I sit in the car teaching all 3 'Music Theory' whilst the other is being taught practical Piano, (Naomi was aware of this). On picking up my children from the waiting room, I always asked the same question, how have they done, and is there anything i should know for their practice the following week. (My 3 children practice at my house as we only have one piano) I am not a piano teacher but if they get stuck they ask my advice and I try to reiterate what Naomi has told them ? My wife text Naomi, when she told me she would no longer teach my children, just to find out what was the problem as it totally knocked me and my grand children sidewards. To this day, despite several requests, i still do not know what 'Inappropriate behaviour' took place. The threat to go to the police, would seem it is something very serious, i wish this would happen, because the validity of the DBS check would then be brought into question. I know Naomi can choose who she teaches, but to destroy 3 little girls dreams, because of something I am accused of, (but in 14 months was never told, nor mentioned) is beyond me. Please Naomi, tell me what was so bad, as asking for the key to the toilet doesn't deem "inappropriate behaviour Naomi is a fantastic teacher, however after a year of teaching my 3 grandchildren she out of the blue sent me a text saying she no longer was going to teach my children. My grand children loved attending Naomi's lessons. She sent several subsequent texts saying that she was exhausted and could not give me a reason for not wanting to teach them. My Grand children are 6, 6 and 10 and have been left devastated by Naomis decision, they are very kind and sweet children and have always had great reports from Naomi, so this decision left me confused. My grand children after a week are still upset and keep asking why they can't go to piano lessons. They practiced hard, and even the day before Naomi asked if I would buy them a keyboard so they could practice at home instead of at my house, this I did! then i received the text. I would question if Naomi is exhausted as she says she is, should she be teaching young children at all. I told Naomi i was going to write this review, and if you look at her reviews, she has clearly asked some of her parents to write a positive review, as the dates and times are exactly after she spoke to me. She did say I could take my grandchildren to see her so she could apologise to them for here decision? I find this very strange. She also said she would send me an email to explain why she stopped, i did phone Naomi and spoke to her, and still she could not tell me the reason, saying it was very delicate and subtle, again very strange behaviour for a teacher !! I think when applying for your next DBS check you should declare your Exhaustion and apparent stress when in charge of very young children who at their tender age are very influenced by their teacher. Thank you for your lessons over the past year, but you have made 3 very young children, very unhappy. All Naomi's texts are available to see, so you can understand my confusion.
