Absolutely awful customer service. I bought a massage gun for my husband for Christmas and it has completely stopped working. I have tried to contact customer services numerous times but after two emails back from them I have not heard nothing. I cannot get through to the mobile in the website. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed my order beginning of November, and still haven’t received it. I’ve been chasing weekly and was initially was advised to chased courier myself, but couldn’t get information I needed, so asked Physion to chase. I was then told that the courier said my home address didn’t exist and to provide work address (I had already closed my cafe business for Christmas)!! This week (Jan 23) I’ve been told that the item was delivered on 23/12/22, to where I’ve got no idea (I’ve asked for proof of delivery/photo/signature), I’ve not received anything and I’m now asking for a full refund. If this matter isn’t resolved by end of next week, I’ll be seeking legal action as to how to get my money back. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise you not to do so either.

Mini massage gun purchased. Lasted a week before breaking and becoming completely unusable. Customer service (contacted theough instagram initially) requested a video of it charging. That was emailed as requested. I've had no further contact despite multiple emails. ££ down the drain. I would avoid this company based on my experience.

This “company” is a SCAM. Ordered a week ago, heard nothing. Emailed, no reply. Rang but their customer service is a mobile number that doesn’t ring. AVOID. Need to try to get my money back.

I purchased the Mini and it has been great, had it for 2years and used regularly. So good I orders the bigger one have had it for six months and I'm delighted with it. Can't comment on customer service as haven't needed to contact them. Love both find take the small one when I travel. Haven't had any problems they both work well, great guns!

SCAM, Avoid all Physion products. The machine broke down after 3 months only, with limited usage! They seem to be one company distributing defected products. The one year warranty is a scam. When asked about the distributor/ manufacturer, the answer was "we cannot disclose the information about our manufacturer. Sorry" What a shame on people who run such businesses

This company is joke. I returned an item, within days of arriving and in perfect condition. Onephysion claimed that their warehouse didn’t receive my return. Their customer service team are slow to respond and rude. I would avoid them, and their ‘hassle free returns!’ Really disappointing. Thankfully Barclays are raising a dispute to get my money back.
