Terrible service!! Got referred by GP weeks ago and heard nothing? I chased up myself and was asked can I come the following day (today), which I could. I’ve just arrived for my appointment to be told it was in fact yesterday. When calling to say what had happened, I’m told I’ve now been discharged and will have to be re-referred by my GP. This is not acceptable on any level and abysmal service.

My wife has tried 4 times this week to book a scan. Each time 1.5 hours wait on phone. Eventually got through but operator hung up. My wife needs healthcare but it is being blocked by this companies ineptitude. Angry and frustrated and embarrassed it’s so bad.

Awful, frustrating and badly designed. I have tried 4 times to book an appointment. Misleading information on letter and on voicemail. Phone cuts out after an hour and a half. Lastest try got me to caller number 1 by 1 hour and twenty minutes they answered and then immediately hung up and it went straight to a customer service survey. Don’t be poor, old, ill or vulnerable the help is just not there. My GP offered no help or advise.

I received a text today asking me to phone and make an appointment I rang at 4 05 pm and was advised I was position number 70 by 8pm (the time their website says they close) I had reached position number 5 absolutely disgusting service I wish there was an alternative . I have no option but to try at 8am maybe then I will get to position number1 .

Absolute shambles. Were supposed to make an ultrasound appointment for me and post it to me. Instead, they apparently called my mobile for reasons unknown, then cancelled my appointment request because I failed to answer. I am not allowed to have my phone with me at work for security reasons. So I called back. Waited an hour and 20 minutes. No reply. For the last 40 minutes of that call I was number 1 on the queue. It never got picked up. It's a disgrace.

Dreadful experience in Whitney today. Rude/condescending ultrasonography. Booked for a 2 area ultrasound. Was on the table for less that 4 minutes in total. TV scan completed in less than 1 minute. Not a comprehensive scan. I say that as an ex Superintended Radiographer of 27 experience. Not VFM to the NHS!

I have tried calling this company twice today as I had a text to say I needed to rearrange an appointment due to Monday now being a Bank Holiday. Both times I have been on hold for 1 and a half hours, starting with you are caller number 62 in the queue! Surely they need more phone staff. This is after waiting nearly 5 months since my GP referral to actually get an appointment. Poorly ran company.
