He provided me with feedback and gave me several exercises and stretches to take away with me. 4 weeks on from seeing Anthony, my recovery is nearly complete and I can finally train pain free. All of this has been achieved from just one session! HIGHLY recommend.

I had a really useful series of sessions with Anthony, helping me recover from an IT band injury through advice on stretching and strengthening and optimised progression to get back to pre-injury form. We then did video based running analysis to identify any underlying form issues that could lead to further injury or could be addressed to improve my performance. Friendly and professional at all times and helped put me at ease in an unfamiliar to me environment whilst very effectively helping me with my injury and form.

Anthony helped me get back running in just a few weeks. He was super flexible, allowing me to do some earlier sessions which could work around my job. He gave me simple but really effective exercises which helped me improve my movement. The use of the gym upstairs is also a great asset, allowing Anthony to use equipment to assess my running gave me confidence to begin again.

I had a bad fall on my hip while playing sports, which left me with a lot of pain when walking. I called the GP and they told me I needed to see a physio. I got an appointment with Anthony the same morning. He did a thorough examination and explained very well what he was doing. He concluded that my hip was probably broken and I should go to A&E right away. I did not expect this outcome! However, an X-ray proved that he was absolutely right, and surgery was needed as soon as possible. A great call from Anthony, because this could have easily become a lot worse if treated any other way.
