I discovered Physio Medicine via my employer's PMI scheme and couldn't be happier with the match. The clinic is in the heart of the City of London so you have flexibility of arranging early morning, lunch time, afterwork appointments in you work around the area. Roza, the lead chartered therapist is at another level . Their wealth of experience shows when you describe your symptoms and they can pinpoint the affected area with accuracy (I have had colleagues who chose clinics nearer to their homes but complained that the treatments weren't as effective). Sometimes, one tends to feel immediate relief after the session. They also share exercises to do at home since I have realised that you have to be equally dedicated with the recovery activities and bring changes to your lifestyle. All in all a professional service. Only feedback is that due to the caring nature of the team, they tended to eat into another patient's appointment slot which had a knock on effect, but I think this has been resolved by keeping "admin time' in between patients.

I’m very pleased with the treatment. Roza gave me a set of exercises which were extremely beneficial and after only one week, I noticed a marked improvement in my symptoms. Roza is a very skilled physiotherapist and. I would highly recommend her!

Had a session with Rosa and with a trainee (called Max?) about my shoulders. They were both very nice and knowledgable and even that one session helped with my pain. Would definitely recommend!
