Thanks to Ann at Physio Answers I am now back on my feet. I first went to PA back in October 2022 having injured my neck and back over some time and like a lot of us, just leaving it until I had to do something as I could barely walk. After the first session Ann had managed to get me moving better and within the first month had me almost completely fixed. She has been super consultative, offering me guidance on home exercises to use, manipulating the offending areas, acupuncture and talked me through my alignment and a whole host of things I need to be aware of, and follow on dos and donts. I am so pleased with the support and how obviously knowledgeable Ann is, that I’m going to carry on seeing Ann for ongoing maintenance and support, as it’s so worth it in my opinion and I know I won’t receive a better service elsewhere.

Ann has helped me to understand where my issue was coming from and informed me on what I need to be doing to keep my hip from tightening up. The pains that I used to get are now few and far between compared to everyday which goes to show the treatment that I recieved worked its magic! Thanks again Ann!
