Matt & Sarah have provided a much needed lifeline in the dark days of winter 2020/21 lock down, when my gym & pool were closed and the cold, dark & wet were reducing outdoor options. They responded quickly and well to the challenges of training over Zoom, with inventive, varied sessions which are challenging and fun, and keep a watchful eye on us all. I get a lot from each session and from their feedback and responses to comments or queries. Matt’s online fitness classes have been an absolute lifesaver since the pandemic hit and the gyms closed back in March. The technology he uses with the MyZone heart rate monitor ensures you really push yourself in each of the classes and means Matt can pay close attention to how hard your are working and give you that extra push if needed. The classes are really varied and are at convenient times in the day to fit around your work and social commitments. There is also a great community being built which is friendly and very welcoming.
