I cannot recommend Damien and Physica Health enough, I started treatment with Damien in September following a recommendation from my knee consultant. From Day 1 Damien listened to what I wanted to achieve and set out a clear, realistic treatment plan supplemented by a detailed set of exercises to complete at home. I am now back playing Netball and walking the golf course pretty much pain free. The whole team at Physica are professional, friendly and generally cared about my progress and I can't thank them enough.

The most brilliant experience. I was suffering with extreme back pain when pregnant. I went to see Vanesha and she was so understanding, listening to everything and fixed my back. I didn't think it would be possible not to be in pain and Vanesha sorted it out for me. Honestly she is amazing! She was a rock for me throughout my pregnancy and I don't know what I would have done without her.

Physica Health has been wonderful to me during the rehab for my calf injury. They supported me at my own pace and got me feeling strong and back to running with confidence. Damien particularly is gentle and caring, he listens and pays attention to the other things going on in a clients life that may impact treatment. The clinic is impeccably clean, comfortable and easy to get to, and parking is always available on site.
