I was given no warning and they ignored my calls throughout the day, this resulted in a loss of money for my business which was not compensated for. They then charged me an extortionate amount of money when he did come. When I phoned to ask how the price had got to be so high the man on the phone because instantly aggressive and was talking to me as if I was stupid.
