I emailed John to make an appointment and soon afterwards dropped off my photos and talked through my requests. He understood what I wanted and did his best to accommodate me given the state of some of the photographs. He sent proofs whilst he was working in case I had any notes and was quick to change things and offer suggestions for what I didn't like. He finished restoring all my photos quickly.

I have very few pictures of my mother in her youth following my sisters cutting a box full of them up when they were children. I found an extremely damaged photo and contacted another photo restoration company which I quote said "Unfortunately we’re not confident we can get a good likeness given the level of damage to your mother’s face in the photo. Sorry we can’t be of service on this occasion." I was really downhearted thinking it was a lost cause until I come across Photovalet's website and thought I would give it another try. They came back to me immediately and were amazed that I had been given such advice and although a very complex piece of work they were confident they could restore it. They came back with a fully restored, fantastic piece of restoration work within 24 hours. I was flabbergasted by the quality of the work and the speedy customer service I received. More importantly, I have a beautiful fully restored picture which I thought which was lost forever. Thank you photovalet's restoration workers you are truly amazing and a cut above others in this business.

I cannot recommend PhotoValet highly enough. My experience from start to finish was wonderful. John's professionalism and extremely fast turnaround was over and above what I ever expected. The photo itself had suffered a few years of water damage but when the proof came back from John (after only 24 hours or so!) John over at PhotoValet restored a friends photo brilliantly and very quickly. The job had almost every type of damage you could imagine, and the main subjects were heavily faded and damaged to the point where there was missing detail. Not a problem for PhotoValet. Very happy with the result and I'm sure the recipient will be too at Christmas.
