After being recommended this company I had a very poor experience. Store was late opening and gave a very cold, unwanted welcoming - leaving the door shut in my partners face. None of the software was set and we were made to feel very awkward, like we were negatively impacting the photographer. I asked for a digital photo and was told his digital photos never get accepted and encouraged us to have paper photo. Without realising I couldn’t submit a paper photo for a child’s passport - something you’d expect the photographer to know, seeing as passport photos are his business. There were toys in the Photo Booth my little girl wanted to play with and after asking permission to play with them, the photographer made us feel very uncomfortable about my little using them. So why have them on display? Because digital software wasn’t up and running we couldn’t check the photo before printing. The photo ended up not meeting requirements, was discoloured and poor quality. Don’t waste your time using this service, take the photo yourself.

Excellent service! Rapid and high quality work! I can’t recommend enough as we looked in Cyncoed area and haven’t found anything for passport pictures or anything at all in regards with photography! Very good price for value and really informative. We chose two of three options-printed version and digital ones ( sent via email)

Honestly there most friendly welcoming place we have been too nothing was too much trouble and everything was done very quickly the owner certainly knows his job very well even going out of his way to ring the embassy to check the size of the photos needed! Not many would do that! 5* is not enough honestly could not recommend enough!! Thank you for all your help today

The person in charge who is also the photographer has very poor communications skills. Abrupt and ignorant.. patronising and unhelpful.. don’t know how someone can possibly run a business if doesn’t know how to talk to customers! needs to learn to be courteous.
