First time I went in, most of the photos were unusable because they clearly had been out of an ink on that printer for a while. When I went to have them redone, the girl was rather rude and wouldn’t take responsibility. While I waited, someone else came in complaining about having waited eight months and counting for their wedding photos to be released to them.

I took 2 champagne flutes to be engraved for my sons wedding. I asked for 1 to be named Mr ….. and the other Mrs …… the owner asked if I would like a ring engraved as well which was nice- the engraving was £30. I went to pick the glasses up 2 days before the wedding. Unfortunately the engraving was not what I had asked for. The assistant in the shop phoned the owner who advised he was in holiday so wouldn’t be able to correct the mistake, so my only option was to leave the glasses with them and have a refund - I explained I would not have time to source replacements and get them engraved- the owner also said he would not offer a partial refund either. So I was stuck with glasses I didn’t ask for. I would have given more stars if the owner had a bit more Christmas spirit, considering it was his mistake not mine!

Great place, the gentleman helped my husband and I choose a frame a get a picture printed off - he framed it for us within 15 minutes. The price was amazing too - we will definitely use them again. Really happy - the customer service and friendliness compared to a few others we popped into beforehand (London Road/Bedford Place), was markedly different. Thumbs up!
