I put one star because I can’t leave them empty, the experience with this company has been the worst of my life in ordering online canvas products I paid a fast delivery to get the product before Christmas because it was a gift for my husband The product never arrived so I tried to process my refund and it took me so long because the customer service is full of useless people The moral damage of don’t having the Christmas gift and the money that I haven’t get back plus the giant headache that this issue caused me it is too much I hate them and I hope that everyone can read this review before ordering Btw I ordered on the website from Italy thinking I was ordering from a Italian company, but the company is in Uk and on the website there is no way to know this so when I sent the Italian email to the support people they told me that they can’t help because they don’t speak Italian The worst nightmare scams company ever

I have placed an order on the 4th March but only part of the order arrived. I have contacted Photobox's customer service and have advised me to wait. It is 24th March now and they seem to have marked my query as resolved for some reason. I am still waiting for their reply.

Ordered a canvas photo. Advised dispatch 25th Nov for 8th dec delivery - still waiting. Sent via Australia to New Zealand - why? You do realise New Zealand does actually have a direct parcel service from the uk, right? Ridiculous, won’t buy from this place again.

Poor quality delivered picture placed on canvas has most of it wrapped around the frame so picture looks over stretched and looses most of the picture not even capable of canvassing a photo really poor quality

Not only do they advertise next day delivery that doesn't arrive for at least 2 days at a cost of £12 but they also cut heads off photos. I specifically places the photos perfectly and for them to charge £12 for next day delivery that took 2 days and to cut heads off photos is unacceptable. I feel like I've been scammed. They've asked me to return the canvas for a refund (not sure why they want it back to be honest). They should have corrected it and sent a new one that matches how I put it on the website. Will never use them again

Placed an order, money taken, advised order dispatched 24/04/2020. Can not track order and tracking details not recogonised by the adivsed carrier. I have sent 3 emails and tried to telephone Photobox, I am still awaiting a reply.
