Photoboothslondon.co.uk were absolutely fab! I had them come to my house for my 21st birthday party and they were so attentive and made sure we all had a good time and got the most out of our time with the photobooth. Extremely reasonably priced and just overall amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Photobooths London were fantastic from beginning to end. We were given the reassurance we needed to book - (given the uncertainty of our event being able to take place or not - with the constant change in guidelines!) The lovely operative was amazing with Y6 children celebrating leaving primary school together. I used Photobooth 5 years ago and they were great then. The Photobooth itself has changed so much since then - really classy. I recommend them highly and can’t thank them enough for their professionalism. Lots of fun for parents too!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received throughout the duration of booking. I enquired about the features of IBooth and was told by Malvia that this booth did allow social media uploads(as this was what I was particularly looking for), she also told me of different backgrounds available and the packages. 12th March 2019 - I sent in a personalised image of a Logo via email after speaking with Ryan on the phone earlier that day , who had sent me technical specification of the logo. I received a confirmation of my booking at 17:04 which informed me the booth would arrive at the venue between 5:30pm-6.30pm- sent by Oliver. 14th March 2019: I sent a follow up email to ask if the Logo had met all the requirements and no one emailed me back. Saturday 15TH June 2019 -On the day of the party I rang Ryan as the attendant was not at the venue by 6:30pm. He informed me she was finding the place - despite my instructions or calling me earlier on to confirm. I sent him a PIn of the map via Whattsapp which he confirmed he had received over the phone. One attendant arrived not attendees as stated in what was included in the price email: She was flustered but managed to get everything up. People seemed to be taking the pictures on the night - I was too busy to get copies and look at them. 16th June2019 - I contacted Ryan via Whatsapp requesting digital images but he did not reply. 17th June2019 - I looked through the book and noticed in some pictures the brightness was too light and difficult to see faces. I send a message via Whatssapp to Ryan and requested digital copies as that was also included in the price. I also emailed your company requesting the same. I spoke to Ryan who apologised and said he had lost all the emails due to server problems and the logo must have gone too. despite this disappointment I requested the digital copies have the logo on them so I can send them to friends and Ryan said he can get them done the following week. Furthermore the Love logo on the green background was not present as shown in the original images by Malvia on 11th March 2019. Wednesday 26th June - I called Ryan who apologies saying the digital photos were not ready due to staff absences and he will have them ready by 3rd July. he promised to contact me Despite this set back I was happy for him to send them to me by 3rd July but he has not contacted me since. neither has anyone from your company. I did on Monday 1st July email in to say I need to have heard something by this Wednesday but yet again I find I have not received any customer service. I have not received the digital copies to date and no response from my email. Poor quality images, no Green backdrop with love logo and worst service ever. They hide behind a fancy website but they hide after they take your money too. AVOID and pay someone else who will do what they promise

I don't usually leave reviews but these guys are great! Arrived early and made sure everything was setup promptly and they engaged extremely well with my guests. They definitely helped create a great atmosphere at my party. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend their service
