On a Sunday morning with only one other customer the not very friendly bloke behind the bar point blank refused to put more hot water on a teabag for which I’d already paid the princely sum of £3.50. No smiles or pleasantry - just no. How to successfully lose a paying customer … never again … the poached eggs were lovely though

I was recommended to go to this cafe by an employee of the Rapid eye lab. When I was trying to order coffee with orange juice, barista gave me a look like it's a kind of joke or something. We agreed to do it separately, coffee and oj, not a big deal. But then I heard how loudly she was telling about it to another barista in a way it was something funny/bizarre etc. Not a good experience being a client and hear how employees are not even trying to keep it down. Drinks were really good though, however I don't feel like I'm going to be back.
